Family Law Consultation

We understand that any and all family law proceedings may be emotional and can be hard for anyone to go through.  By having an attorney represent you, you will have the benefit of an attorney speaking on your behalf.  Many people tend to get emotional during the proceedings and are not able to put their emotions aside to deal with the situation in an amicable way.

Civil Law - Elder Abuse

We represent clients in civil elder abuse matters and disputes involving capacity, undue influence, and improper transfers—often when a vulnerable adult has been isolated, pressured, or taken advantage of. Our work includes litigating complex cases that intersect with probate and fiduciary issues. We have experience litigating these issues through appeal, including the published decision Robinson v. Gutierrez (2023).
